This week at the River Bluffs Farm, the River Bluffs crew (Raymond and Mitch) installed a concrete floor under the wing shed of the barn. We will be using this space as our post-harvest facility where we will wash, store, and pack our greens and root vegetables. In the next two weeks, after the concrete cures a bit, we will install proper lighting, stainless work tables, a greens bubbler for washing, two greens spinners for drying, and an 8×10 produce cooler.
